Introduction
By registering for the ASHRAE Region XV Chapters Regional Conference (CRC) 2025, hosted by the ASHRAE Mumbai Chapter, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Event Registration
* All participants must complete the official registration process through the designated platform.
* Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of applicable fees.
* The organising committee reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its discretion.
Participation
* The registration fee includes access to scheduled conference sessions, workshops, meals, and networking events as specified in the registration package. * Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event.
Programme Changes
* The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme schedule, speakers, venue, or any aspect of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
* Any significant updates will be communicated via email and/or the event website.
Conduct Policy
* Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
* The organising team reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund if such behaviour is reported or observed.
Photography & Videography
* The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
Liability Disclaimer
* The organisers shall not be held liable for personal injuries, loss or damage to property, or any other direct or indirect issues arising from participation in the event.
