Cancellation by Participants

* Cancellations received on or before 1st May 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.
* Cancellations between 2nd and 30th May 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30th May 2026.

Cancellation Process

* All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ashraechennaichapter@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – ASHRAE CRC 2026.”
* Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval, minus any applicable bank or processing charges.

Event Cancellation

* In the unlikely event that the CRC is cancelled by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The organisers will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs incurred.
